Yes. U2 are really and truly the ideal way of effective management. The group comes up with idea’s and do not just let them slip by. They express their views and follow them though. They make decisions of their creative minds and follow them though.

They also have a great deal of work on their hands. They do work for charity for nothing.
They do not have any sponsors ,weather that is that they do not need them or that they just take the choice in making the concert look good for good causes.

U2 have have great international relations. So they follow tours for their music throughout the world.

Yes,they have effective management skills as they follow their decisions trough to achieve their goals.

They have innovated and creative minds, both with decisions and ambitions

Yes, I do think that U2 are good managers.

My reason for thinking this is because of the way that they have kept up with all the new technology over their years as musicians.

They have used 3D technology at their concerts and have also brought out their own version of the Apple iPod.

Yes I agree that U2 are good managers. They sre always planning for the future and often take risks when making decisions. They are very innovative and are constantly adapting to the changing trends to keep themselves popular e.g. their use of 3D technology at concerts and embracing the ipod culture.

I’d anyway say they are really good managers!!!

The fact that they are still in business is anough to stey that they are really good in managing.
Pauls ability to “think the future” should solve all problems in planning – one of the 3 activities.

And the fact that they allways come up with new ideas is one of the most importent ones to stay in business over long times!!!

So yes they are good managers and if they stay that innovative and well organised they will stay in business until they die and than still be a legend….

Yes i believe U2 are very good managers for a number of reasons:

Their manager, Paul McGuinness, plans ahead for the future, making decisions to exploit the strengths and opportunities of the band.

They are innovative and have adapted to the changing environment to remain successful. They have managed to keep the chemistry of the band alive and are constantly looking ahead to the future to remain popular and successful.
